Tammi Jacobs, Results Health and Fitness
Tammi has been in the fitness industry since 1983 as a personal trainer, manager, owner, presenter and consultant. She has a healthy approach to life and sport, backed by a wealth of experience. A major contribution to her successes is her exceptional background, a combination of higher education in Exercise Science and Biochemistry, hands on experience as a full time business owner/trainer/performance coach, and experience as a competitive gymnast, all coupled with being a wife and mother. This combination enables her to give her clients the very best guidance and development for them to reach their desired objectives and goals. Tammi's key strengths lie in her dynamic communication style to invigorate participants. She inspires people, across a broad range, to higher levels of achievement. "Take care of your body. Lisa El-Tawil, RYT
Lisa is an eager, enthusiastic yoga instructor, who is anxious to share her passion for yoga with others in need of an exercise for the mind and spirit, as well as the body. She has been practicing yoga since 2000, and the benefits she has received from her personal practice has been a driving force to learn to teach yoga to others. "I truly believe the world would be a better place if everyone practiced yoga, and I am trying to do my part to introduce yoga to as many people as I can. In 2008, I earned my RYT 200 hour certification from YogaFit, whose motto "yoga for everybody and every body" is something I strongly believe in."
